Didn't watch the debate... any actual sustenance other than someone using a video of them with a song from "Dirty Dancing" playing in the background? I know I saw reports from WND and InfoWars that Trump won; I assume the MSM media is saying Clinton won?

Re: Campaign 2016 Part XXI: Do you love farce? My fault, I fear.

One of these things is not like the others:

WSJ (2 person race): Clinton +14
Atlantic: Clinton +11
WSJ (4): Clinton +11
NBC (2): Clinton +7
Rasmussen (2): Clinton +7
Economist (4): Clinton +6
Quinnipiac (2): Clinton +6
Economist (2): Clinton +5
NBC (4): Clinton +5
Quinnipiac (4): Clinton +5
Rasmussen (4): Clinton +5
FNC (2): Clinton +4
FNC (4): Clinton +2

LA Times: Trump +2

In breaking news Joe Scarborough says all polls are crap and the LA Times is to be believed. Scooby was asked to comment from his ledge...he just shook his head and screamed that Hillary choked it away!! :D

The scientifically sampled polls say Clinton either tied or won -- the spot polls right after said tie, the farther we get away from it in time the more they give it to Hillary. IINM RCP aggregated those polls and it came out something like 40-20-40.

As for InfoWars, they have bigger fish to fry.

MSM mostly said it was a draw and that nothing of value came of it. I know you hate facts but fact checking destroyed Trump as did his demeanor. Hillary played prevent defense.

I always trust the one that has respondents give candidates scores from 0 to 100. That's much more accurate than a boring who would you vote for question than the actual ballot itself would ask!

Others have done fact-checking on Clinton as well.

And what do I care? I'm not voting for either one of them. I walked this walk in 2012, and I intend to walk it again. It's not a vote for one of the advertised two. It's a vote for the person I select. There's no sense in submitting to the cowardice of two doors leading to the same slaughterhouse. Have the courage to put your support behind someone you truly believe in.

Ummm...no they didn't Kep. The spot polls had a Hillary win and then the subsequent polls had a Hillary win. What are you talking about?

Well now that I look I'm not finding any, so, I dunno I guess.

Meanwhile: catchy.

I find it amazing how they were talking a year ago about how he donated money to the Clintons and is just a plant; now he can practically do no wrong in their eyes and they salivate at night thinking about him. They've clearly lost the "alternative" moniker. Perhaps they should take some more nascent iodine.

Scooby was on here talking about how MSNBC called it for Drumpf (they must have polled their 12 viewers) and then said CNN did as well only to be proven wrong when their spot quote had it a clean Hillary win. ABC had it at a tie when I watched but they were wavering pretty fast as they broke down what Drumpf actually said.

French Rage,

I like the ones that do the 1-5 scale where 1 is I Utter Dislike, 2 is Kinda dislike, 3 is dont care, 4 is really like and have 5 is WANT TO HAVE THEIR LOVE CHILD! :D

Re: Campaign 2016 Part XXI: Do you love farce? My fault, I fear.

Has anyone asked and had it satisfactory answered, why tD is the GOP nominee?

This year 1 to 5 is:

5: Utter Dislike
4: Prefer disembowelment
3: Prefer disembowelment of my children
2: Hell is empty and all the devils are here
1: Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn.

Re: Campaign 2016 Part XXI: Do you love farce? My fault, I fear.

I don't know if there'd be any point in admitting to it now, but the Dem strategy that was laid out in the early summer seems to have worked. Which was, to vilify all of Trump's primary opponents so much that he'd seem to be a reasonable alternative and candidate with which to feed the Clinton machine in the fall coronation. It wasn't so much that Rubio and Jeb were truly pawns of Satan's will, as that the Clintons wanted exactly what we're now getting in the general which is Hillary as the only sane option.

He ran a belligerent campaign similar to Hitler, people were tired of the same Marxist rhetoric and wanted to hear something different, and he was still popular despite all of the establishment's best efforts. Heck, they're STILL trying to get him out...

Re: Campaign 2016 Part XXI: Do you love farce? My fault, I fear.

Because.....his views are typical of the majority of Republicans? Not sure what else you're asking here.

I can see Kep's confusion. In both debates pundidiotry tried to pimp Trump's performance as something within the margin of error of Hillary's in the immediate aftermath, only to have subsequent polling and events turn that "analysis" into a laughingstock.

But, at some point people like We are ND and the like need to step up to the plate and admit they were wrong about the Clinton campaign. Putting her aside, her campaign is run by cold blooded professionals who never panicked despite calls to do so, even by some of our USCHO heavyweights out here. ;)
