I'd say the first 5 minutes did look like that. Then they were both leaden.

But the good news for the bad guys is I suspect most people turned the debate off within the first 5 minutes when they realized neither had brought a flamethrower or crossbow.

But I wouldn't. Gina was born near Rome. "Dago" referred to Portuguese, Spanish and to Neapolitans (like me), each of who Romans view as subhumans.

“Face the Nation” moderator John Dickerson called Tuesday night’s debate a “bickerfest.”

“Tim Kaine, from the word go, was interrupting and kept interrupting all night. He seemed insistent on getting across the bad news about Donald Trump. He repeatedly tried to get Mike Pence to defend Donald Trump, and often Gov. Pence resisted that temptation,” Dickerson said.

He continued, “Unlike Donald Trump in the last debate, Mike Pence was well prepared and he didn’t take the bait and in many instances he just let Tim Kaine keep interrupting.”

Where was the moderator?

And now I'm hearing the various channels (I'm surfing now) say that Kaine came off as never answering the question, sticking to stock lines, and interrupting and disrespecting the female moderator.

Pretty much. Pence paints Clinton as the power behind the throne for everything bad in the last 8 years. Kaine repeats all of the crazy things Trump said and keeps it in the conversation.

Were the moderator's first couple of questions accurate? Clinton is a 60% unfavorable and Trump is 67% unfavorable? That's just ...

There was a male poster on this board a few years ago who bragged about impregnating 5 (?) women who then went out and got abortions. He was proud of himself.

I was disgusted and called him irresponsible. Kep (!) agreed with ne.

Males have a role and responsibility in the reproductive cycle. Both parties need to be cognizant of the fact that a possible outcome of the reproductive act is a baby (pregnancy).

If you don't want a pregnancy, act responsibly. Don't do it or take precautions.
