Re: Campaign 2016 Part XV: Before & After: Dancing in the Streets of Philadelphia!

We can start with the sale of weapons she approved as SOS after "donations" were made to the Clinton Global Initiative. But hey, that only impacted brown people. Sure millions of refugees have fled the Middle East to resettle in Europe and stretched social services to the breaking point and led to the unrest that led to anti-immigrant sentiment and led directly to the sort of Nationalism that led to Brexit and the rise of men like Donald Trump. But hey, no big deal.

If you want a more domestic example that shows how corrupt she is in a way that hurts white people, look at the bankruptcy Bill. She opposed bankruptcy "reform" originally. Then the banking industry made several generous "donations" to her campaign and, totally by coincidence, she decided to vote for the reform.

Holy Jesse Ventura is your hero, Batman.

Quite a contrast with Trump, who along with his Klansman father, was charged by the DOJ with housing discrimination. Later, he was charged with tenant intimidation. But his kids think he’s a great guy (as did Nixon’s kids, probably Putin’s, too.) Details: http://www.nytimes.com/2016/07/24/o...t.html?ref=opinion&comments#commentsContainer

*ahem* Let's hate all we want, but hate with the facts please...http://www.snopes.com/donald-trump-father-kkk-1927/

Scummy slumlord? Yep. Racist? Most likely (hey, it was the 40s/50s and he was a real estate guy. Forced neighborhood segregation was a fact of life back then.). Klansman? Jury's still out.

EDIT: Plus, the Klan was a hugely popular fraternal organization in the 20s. More so than it had ever been in the 19th century, or has been since. Granted, that was mostly by expanding into anti-Catholic and anti-immigrant WASP populism, but still...maybe the guy just "attended a couple of meetings in college". ;)

Sigh. Nevermind.

Hillary Clinton is the kindest, bravest, warmest, most wonderful human being I've ever known in my life.

Oh dont play the martyr, just answer his question. That is the problem we are all having we hear people say stuff but they always seem to get to frustrated to back anything up with any sort of information. With the amount of allegations we hear about there has to be a book or news article written that will give us insight.

Well, given your broad accusation that Wall Street bought her off on the bankruptcy reform legislation, I thought you would have information on topics like the dischargeability of mortgages and purchase money security interests or unsecured debt like credit card accounts--things banks might have a stake in protecting. There may have been such changes, and it seemed that identifying them would be an easy enough task for you, since you obviously already had enough knowledge to form a very passionate opinion. Instead you come back with a response that is beneath you or anyone above grade school level. It was an honest question.

Btw, I may be in your camp more than you realize when it comes to skepticism over the establishment's predictable desire to preserve the status quo regarding who holds the power in our society. And that includes people like Hillary Clinton. But I sure as hill will try to avoid running off a cliff with a herd of lemmings simply because people like Roger Ailes and Rupert Murdoch conduct a 25-year campaign to brand a political family as liars. That is just their own effort to protect their personal wealth and ability to hold influence.

We are all ignorant enough without completely giving up any attempt to focus on policy rather than labels attached by spin doctors.

It was my mistake. My doctor has warned me about doing things that raise my blood pressure and I briefly forgot debating politics in this forum causes it to skyrocket. Forgive the intrusion.

prod1sp/Priceless/ticapnews/whatever-you-are-this-year - get over your sympathy shtick already and please, get your obvious mental health issues figured out. Just because someone thinks your opinions and arguments are BS, does not mean you need to get all worked up about it. The world actually needs more of you, and fewer Foxtons.

Life isn't fair. If life were fair, I wouldn't have to struggle every god**** day in this roller-coaster of an existence we call "adult life" to not take the first drink, and you wouldn't have your brain tumor. Are you going to get on with your life and do something about it, or are you just going to pull the covers up over your head, stick your fingers in your ears, and wait for a long, slow death that you blame on everyone else but yourself? Because those were my only two options, and I've seen a lot of similarities in your posts over the years.

*deep breath*

And now, back to your regularly scheduled hypertension-inducing Campaign 2016 posts.

But Priceless is an unabashed Lefty...I mean I would assume he was a Bernie guy but would not go against Hillary because he hates the Right that much.

In other, happier news. DWS has been muted at the Democratic convention.

I'd say her public career is...1, 2, 3...OVAH!

And you'd be right

@CNBCnow: BREAKING: Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz to step down as chair of the Democratic Party at the end of this week's DNC
-----
@RaymondArroyo: BREAKING: NOLA's own @DonnaBrazille to serve as interim DNC Chairman until election.

Having a conversation shouldn't be enough to get you worked up to a dangerous level. You made some pretty bold statements and burd respectfully asked you to clarify. Don't play the "my doctor" b.s. card to get out of it.

Hawk Harrelson never says anything the best.

Except maybe "I better leave the booth and make sure he's OK."
