Handy, you will be assimilated! You're saying that now, but when a Walker/Cruz/whoever candidacy takes shape, and runs on a Christian version of the Taliban taking over in the US, you'll come around. ;)

Nope...Minnesota is locked to the D so I will write in my buddy for Prez. I vote on my beliefs not on the party and I wont vote for someone just cause they arent someone else...that is ridiculous. That is right up there with people who would vote for Palin cause she is a woman.

So, Ted Cruz was against Aid for Hurricane Sandy, but for the Houston Flooding he's all for it.

What a doorknob.

Saw this in a WaPo comment on O'Malley running

Hillary Nixon Clinton.

Doesn't surprise me. If the GPO still had guys like Atwater running things, they'd know how to use that.

But they should at least have said "Hillary Milhous Clinton."

Few remember Milhous. Nixon is still an epithet to many.

Saw an article in the WSJ about how Dick Cheney is looking to re-engage in politics. If you're running for President in 2016 as a Republican, isn't Dick Cheney about the last person you want to see on TV? I think a "hey Dick, S T F U" might be in order from the Bush people...:D

Why? He's no different then the guy getting in the race today. You know, the guy who said if you're going to join ISIS he's not going to call a judge, he's going to call a drone. Makes Cheney's hawkishnesh kind of Telly Tubbyish.

Cheney is far more diabolical than Graham. Lindsey Graham's too lazy to plan out the deception that led to the Iraq War. I doubt too many people outside of South Carolina or regular Sunday news show devotees even know who he is. Cheney on the other hand epitomizes neo-conartist cluelessness and a remarkable inability to assess the too numerous to mention failures of his administration.

On a national level, Cheney would have to crash and burn. If there's furor over whether Jeb would consider invading Iraq again, where would that put Cheney? On the other hand, he would rival the Koch brothers and Putin as the single worst candidate for US president.

Graham wouldn't deceive. He has all the justification he needs for war already. He's going in wherever he can whenever he can. He's the Hawk's Hawk.

I don't think he's trying to run for office. Just to get his ugly mug in front of the cameras and promote his (straight) daughter's political career. I'm guessing he won't be doing too many more interviews with Megyn Kelly though. ;)

Any of those four could probably win the Republican nomination. Put an "R" after Genghis Khan's name and Fox will be saying, "Strong leader. Family values. Man of faith."

As I may have said before, nuke the South. It's the only way to be sure.

The derp level is so strong on the right that Cheney for them would be a welcome sight.

No. I prefer that certain people stay out of sight for the most part. Right now, if you put 100 LW Democrats and 100 RW Republicans in a room and then introduced Nancy Pelosi and Dick Cheney, I don't think anyone would be alive in 30 minutes.

If you found 100 LW Democrats, 80 of them would be from a nursing home, so I suspect you're right.
