If Meta was blocked for trying to purchase the VR company they went after Kroger will be stopped on this one. Pretty ballsy to even try it to be honest...
 
OH MY FUCKING GOD. This is an absolute all-timer.

Parler just emailed everyone on Parler about Kanye buying Parler.
They didn't bcc everyone. They sent out an email with a list of every email address on Parler. Publicly.

Edit: It may have only been the "gold" or "verified" members, but there's a lot of people who were copied. All over twitter now.

If you're on parler you have to assume your data is all compromised, don't you? It's about the biggest hack magnet in the world, and has had some really public issues.


The incompetence is simply breathtaking.

I mean Parler was also a friggin FBI honeypot...that is why people fled after the Insurrection. Oh and of course they got completely hacked, lied about it and then all the credit card info leaked out.
 
I went to the mail box tonight, suspecting nothing. Do, do, dooo... I open the box.

So, the thing is, we just got our loan forgiveness for Dr. Mrs. graduate school loans. $16,000.

Do, do, dooo... I open the box.

It came.

In 72 checks.

72 checks ranging from $1000 down to $14.86; almost all of them different values. Totaling the $16,000. That is how they gave us our loan forgiveness.

I looked at the check series number. It was over 72 million.

I fucking think they sent out over 72 million separate checks to people....

This is the nittiest of nits to pick here, but....

How much extra cash did that waste? Cause you know R's will hammer that home...

Now Dr. Mrs. was under a the PSLF plan, right? Not the one that just opened up within the past week, correct?

I just applied for what I paid off in 2020-21 last Friday.
