Rachel Maddow is no longer employed by NBC. The split is basically complete even though you still see MSNBC if you watch today. It will be MSNOW very soon.
 
Well, we can pretty much apply that label to every journalist who is working right now. Bari Weiss may be the biggest fraud of them all and she sold her Fraud Publication to CBS for $150 million dollars and got her self placed as the head of CBS News.

The 4th estate is dead. Everyone is praising them for walking out of the Pentagon today. That's funny. They don't do anything anyway so what difference does it make? Another boat was shot in the Caribbean today by the Autocrat. Who cares? Nobody. I've heard reporting but it doesn't matter.

I think reporting matters when it actually pressures people in power to change their behavior. That's over. The Congress does not care. Schumer does not care. Johnson does not care. Thune sure in the fuck does not care.

The American public saw that their Democracy was burning down so they decided to vote in the arsonist who poured all the accelerant on the fire.

Maddow can rot in hell for all I care but on the long list of problems she's in the least list.

I forget why some people are pissed at Maddow. IMHO, she has tried to fight the good fight and way before it was cool. She is a Liberal, not a Leftist, so obviously she is doomed to fail, but I do not think she has been in any way a hypocrite.

Flouncing does not work. It feels good but it works against resistance. When the SPD walked out of the Bundestag it gave Hitler the supermajority he needed to outlaw the state governments and consolidate Nazi control.

You have to stay and fight, and go to jail, and even die.

Because she sat around dumbfounded when MSNBC started purging their non Centrist (and often Minority and Female) voices. Then gave a "we should not be doing this" halfarsed editorial a couple days after the backlash started.

Maddow is a wonk...she is highly knowledgeable but she is also a capitalist and knows where her bread is buttered. Cant risk that $20 million dollar contract!

She is just Chuck Todd with more savvy.
 
A bunch of Nazis doxxed a bunch of Leftists on Xitter posting their bank info. Xitter suspended the Nazis and Elmo brought them back.

I sometimes think that the media is complicit how we got here. The lib channels are doing as much as they can to make people angry to get more viewers, not get anything done. Just like faux news has done.

The media at large is absolutely complicit, but Maddow is the least of our problem and wringing hands over her (and previously following Jon Stewart's return) is bizarre.

Worse, not a peep from all of those bitching about the price of eggs, and how it was too expensive to get by.

Just like how Drew and all the rest of the 2A gunhumpers, who "need ar gunz to protect ourselves 'gainst gubmint tyranny" are completely unconcerned about armed masked men just snatching people off the street.
