Intel, Micron, and other computer chip makers have found ways to skirt Huawei sales ban, continue to provide parts so Huawei can continue to produce phones and networking gear.

The quirk is components that US corporations would have created and then sell to Huawei aren't actually made in the USA, so they're still manufacturing them in their non-American factories and shipping them off to Huawei in spite of, but within the rules of, the ban.
