He was suspended also for a violation of team rules. He got the concussion against Holy Cross on November 3rd which was PC's seventh game and played in 25 games on the year. There was another upper body injury late in the year I believe to the shoulder area that occurred on March 7th against BC. Never appeared in the Hockey East or NCAA Tourney for PC.

FWIW Tucker was in goal for Yale on Dec. 13, 2016 when the Elis visited Agganis Arena and dropped a 5-2 decision to BU. Switzer scored twice.

NY Times writer Neal Boudette wrote a piece for the blog on the four newest BU recruits from the NTDP U18s. He also found time to write for the Times, "Americans rise to the top in NHL Draft," (with a smattering of BU references included).

Thinking Bernie will have a tougher time with Mastrosimione and Boguslavsky.
Detroit draft picks Mastrosimone (2nd round) and Ethan Phillips (4th) join Kotkansalo at Red Wings development camp this week. Also at the camp is Filip Zadina, who billetted with Phillips and his family in Halifax while playing in the Q.
Good think we are splitting up Case and Cade - could have been confusing.
And what is with all these new names? Cale, Cade, Case...

BU has a commitment from '99 center Wilmer Skoog, 6'1", 190 from Tyreso, Sweden. Last season had 47 points (18G,29A) in 57 games for NAHL Minot Minatours.

NAHL recruit = hmmm
Assuming it is for this season, I hope this isn't a result of any unexpected developments (not trying to stir the pot here, I know nothing, but this seems like a depth add fairly late in the process). I don't know the roster numbers, maybe we still had a slot to fill?

Things change pretty quickly with this player....

Youngstown has added Jay O'Brien to their roster. It was thought the 1st-round pick to the Flyers was headed to the BCHL this year after leaving Providence, but maybe he'll be playing in the USHL again in 19-20? Would be huge add for the Phantoms
