I'm sure they will at least give it a shot, but I would imagine the same applied to Calgary, no? Nobody wants to lose a draft pick. Unless of course they really haven't developed and aren't likely to go far.

I'm late on the Bellows news. I can't say I'm surprised. It just never felt like a good fit. Eager to see what the newbies do with the opportunity.

Five Terriers on 42-man USA roster for 2017 World Junior Showcase tournament, first step toward Jr. National Team for WJCs. Oettinger, Krys, Harper, Tkachuk, Cockerill. Bellows invited, too. First week of August.

There should be at least two more Terriers at the tournament: Fabbro for Canada and Kotkansalo for Finland. Perhaps of third if Bowers gets invited.
