HAVE SOME CLASS
Re: BU 2013-2014: Ready to Quinn
Hey it was only devil's advocate.
Honestly, with Penn St joining and getting a little more Big Ten exposure in the schools that aren't already huge in hockey, there will be some growth. There's obviously a little more of a push to show off to some new folks recently choosing FF sites like DC, Philly, Pittsburgh. Will it actually "grow" significantly? I don't think so. But "they" have to think there's some way.
If UConn doesn't actually step up its spending in hockey, you're completely correct. However I wonder how much QU made in a typical season where they didn't sell out every game like last year. I'm sure already having UConn in womens' gave them first choice, as foolish as that may be.
As much as we all love it, how much is college hockey going to grow beyond what it is?

Quinnipiac is not going to have any issues with resources any more than Uconn will. This is all just foolish. If anything the Q can feed most of their $$ into their best sport (hockey) and it is a stronger situation than Uconn sending all their money to bounceyball (and nags bounceyball).
I'm not even going to address the hilarious part about them "peaking". Yea gee they are good so they can't get any better... why invite them?!!?!? Let's get someone that stinks but has never peaked.
