Getting the kids to give their best effort night in and night out, especially considering the age group we're talking about, is paramount to success. In fact, outside of recruitng its probably the top indicator of success. You could have a top notch team, but if nobody wants to play for you, the team will lose. It amazes me how some people expect zero accountability out of the coaching staff. In your opinion, what should we hold them responsible for? Anything?

Maybe you should read more carefully...I said why do we put ALL of the blame on the coaching staff. I didn't say "ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY"
