I was actually surprised at how many people came considering it originally scheduled for Thursday. I know there were student-fan buses scheduled for Thursday night, which got canceled. I didn't see more than 10-15 students the entire time I was there.

All-in-all, it was a great test-run, and the place looked great. Nice to see some of the freshman out there getting used to their lines.

Just remember, row 8 is not a walkway, you are to use the concourse to move between sections. We sat in our seats on Saturday and our knees are about a foot from the railing in place, and even with all of our baby stuff sitting on the floor, people still felt like they should be walking through........

It will take some education, I know. It is a great facility for a town that size.

Matt Pope has been signed to a Player Tryout Contract with San Antonio of the AHL.

I am still thinking about buying 2 season tickets even this close to the start of the season!! I really want to go to the Friday game, but not willing to pay the inflated prices on Craigs list that I have seen that range from $100 to $350 per ticket. Trying to decide if the finances can handle 2 season tickets!

I hear you. I am out of work at noon tomorrow and then making the trek north. I think we have the suitcases all ready to go, but with two kids in tow now, I am sure my wife will go through them again.

I was lucky enough to score tickets to both games. I'm excited to see your guys new barn and to welcome you to wcha (hopefully with a couple of Sioux wins;))

I've been a Sioux fan for 30 years and a BSU fan for three years. CAN NOT WAIT FOR FRIDAY!!!!

Crazy day tomorrow, and I can't wait!

Morning - set up banners, etc. for our broadcast
11:30-1 pm Beaver Pride luncheon
1 pm grab equipment from station
2 pm catch a bit of women's game
3:30 pm set-up for College Hockey Tonight live from the Green Mill
4-6 pm College Hockey Tonight live from the Green Mill
6 pm return equipment to station
6:30 try to hit Doug's tailgate
7 pm back to BREC
7:37 game time!

Other than that, I'm not doing anything tomorrow :D... Be sure to stop by and see us at the Green Mill! If you can't, or aren't in town, we will be putting it online again this year.

Well I decided on season tickets, I am going to be there Friday night for sure! I am hoping with season tickets it forces me to get to more games!

Had my eyes on season tickets ever since the ground breaking, then what happens??? Had to buy a new lawnmower. Pretty lame huh?? My first thread BTW. It was really awesome to see Ben Kinne in the scrimmage on Sat. I really didn't think he would be in uniform.

Hey Moose, are you guys putting "The Hockey Show" up online this year? I went over to the site and can't get any of the interviews to open. I even went and downloaded QuickTime since it wasn't on my computer here at work (Hopefully the IT Police don't shoot me).

Technical difficulties. New site, and we are just figuring some stuff out. Hopefully it will be fixed soon...
