I gotta admit while I find all of this fascinating I am having a real hard time understanding it because my knowledge of Parliamentary Politics is nil. I appreciate all the info you guys are putting out there :)

If you’re curious there are some good resources out there like BBC or some informational YouTube channels like TL;DR News.

As said, BBC and TLDR News are good sources. I also use Channel 4, Sky News and A Different Bias (YouTube channel run by a high school teacher, with an admitted Labour tilt - although he doesn't like Corbyn)

Oh man. I don’t think England could take that on top of all of the brexit drama. That might be it. The drama that might come with pressure for Charles to abdicate? And the you have a young king who may want to take a stronger voice in politics (unlikely, but you never know).

Or it might bring the country together. What do I know?

Charles isn’t looking great. He’s never been handsome but his face is beet red and his hands are swollen sausages. I think he’s hitting the sauce a lot.

Queen gives royal assent on law to prevent no deal Brexit. Parliament is suspended without calling a snap election. Has Johnson lost his bet? ticap? Others?

The last time Royal Assent was not given was a looonnngggg time ago before we were a country.

Her Majesty may not like it, but she understands Her role as a constitutional monarch and bows to the wishes of Her ministers.

Boris needs a no confidence vote to call force new election. However, I think if he gets it, pro Brexit wins bigly.

Until last week I thought a no confidence vote just meant the PM's side lost a budget vote. Apparently it is a specific "you just suck" motion.

You really think Brexit would win a new election? You don't think people figured out the Brexiteers lied to them and if/when this happens they are f-cked? That doesn't bode well for us.

BTW, you gonna vote R again in 2020? You're certainly not a Dumpy but I assume you're either a lifelong R or a Reagan Democrat. This freakin' you out or are you sticking with "your side right or wrong"?

This sucks but the woman who previously occupied the position was amazing, too. I think Oxbridge churns them out like widgets. I mean what are they but John Oliver without the sense of humor? Britain has millions of them.

IMHO, Boris is banking on the Brexit people for the new election, but a large chunk of those Brexit supporters don't support a no-deal version of it. So one side thinks they can win the election before the hard cut, the other side thinks they can after the hard cut.

I'm also amused by the claims of being anti-democratic for the anti-Brexit MPs, as it's quite possible that for THEIR district, they are anti-Brexit- so being against it represents their district and is very democratic. It's not as if it was a huge margin of victory.
