Re: Brexit - Should I stay or should I go??

Another confused by some folks love of rules :D

Are you implying that his parents got into the UK by breaking the rules? Or that now that he's in the UK he wants to make new rules so other people like him and his parents can't follow him into the UK?

I get what your intentions were, but what you're really saying is that his parents broke the rules when they went to the UK; or that he now wants to change the rules so people like him can no longer go to the UK. It has to be one or the other.

No. Mookie has no idea who this dude is, and mookie’s comments when it falls on your are Americanized with your general attacks on people in that country who disagree with you......to be honest :)

But he doesn't love the rules. Now that he has benefited from the rules he wants to change them. If he loved the rules he would be fighting to keep them. Hence my accurate summation of his position. He got his so other people who would also benefit - like his parents did - can go to hell.

You can feign ignorance and use as many smiley icons as you want, that won't change the fact you weren't being nearly as clever as you thought you were.

Boris is in trouble. He spilled a glass of wine on his girlfriend’s sofa then she tore into him so the neighbors called the cops. No update on if the sofa is okay or not.

He even acts like Dump in private.

The amount of bots smearing the neighbors in the comments of that article is predictable to say the least.

What is Putin's entree into crackpot right wing politics in the UK? What is the Brit equivalent to the NRA? Brexit, I assume?

I always figured UKIP was another of those homegrown white nationalist parties like National Front, or what the GOP has become. But I'm sure Putin is leveraging them as useful idiots (again, like the GOP and the NRA).

It's very funny that all these chest-pounding "patriots" turn out to be the perfect hand-picked foot soldiers of an aggressive and malevolent foreign power. Our weak point was always the dummies. It's been obvious since Reagan.

Jeremy Corbyn calls out Boris Johnson

“It’s the arrogance. It’s the contempt. That’s what gets me. It’s his apparent belief that he can just trample on the democratic will of the British people. It’s at moments like this that I think the political world has gone mad, and I am alone in detecting the gigantic fraud. He could appease public indignation over that, and secure the democratic mandate he needs, by asking the public to vote at once on him and on Brexit. Let’s have an election without delay.”

Corbyn has more baggage that Billy Zane did on Titanic.
