I'm hoping once England leaves the EU the Scots will decide to vote for independence so they can rejoin the EU and I can retire to Glasgow. Or England can decide to revoke Article 50. Whichever.
Great Britain is off my list because of it. I would never choose to live there now.

FYI, you’re unlikely to qualify for permanent residency if you’re retired. You’ll have to leave every 6 months or something

There are income requirements and you’ll have to carry private health insurance, right? You basically need to be completely self-sufficient. If you didn’t work there, you aren’t eligible for their healthcare system (except emergency care)
