Bouncyball 2014/15

Re: Bouncyball 2014/15

As for the Suck for Simmons (?) race:

Philly: 1-20
LA Lakers: 3-17
New Orleans: 5-15
A handful of teams with 8 wins.

Re: Bouncyball 2014/15

This is how bad the Sixers are playing: The Spurs whupped them tonight, 119-68. Duncan, Leonard, and Ginobili DIDN'T PLAY.

Another possibility would be Kris Dunn of Providence. I've been hearing a lot about him this season too. Many are calling him the best guard in the country. I suspect that once conference play starts and college ball gets a bit more of the spotlight we will start to see one player emerge as the favorite. My money currently would be on Simmons though.

So, I'll just use "Suck for Simmons."

Speaking of Sucking for Simmons, Philly is a raging dumpster fire right now. Whatever the worst record in NBA history is, Philly could easily match and beat it.

Math says Philly is on pace to finish 4-78, winning 1 out of every 22 games.

Potential upset alert: Warriors and Celtics are tied at 103 going to OT.

Meanwhile, Pistons beat the hapless Sixers, meaning Philly falls to 1-24.

Really glad I got Pistons-Warriors tickets a couple weeks back. There were only around 200 left then, and now there are exactly three left through the Pistons and they've risen the face value again. I got in for 55, the same seats are now 70.

That would be none other than the '72-'73 Philadelphia 76ers. 9-73

Bucks beat the Warriors tonight.

Bucks led pretty much the entire game. GS got close a few times, but did not go in for the kill, and the Bucks did. Started the 4th quarter 11-2. Very nice win.
