I read your threads. Hardly any optimism there.

If Tech keeps this up, they may be at #14 or #15 next month. The only reason they're not ranked here is because Ferris, UAA, Alaska Blank, and UAH are so terrible and dragging our conference down.

just as an aside. I can't remember who started bottom feeders or remember all who have carried it on, but I really appreciate the effort. It's fun and funny and sometimes contains hidden truths (or downright lies ). And it was, for this Michigan Tech fan, something that helped keep up interest in the game and in the intraweb boards during our 30 years of wandering in the wilderness. And the wit of the posters is much appreciated, even though I have come close to spitting coffee all over my computer, laughing.

Nothing major happened this week, so no major changes so far. However, if RPI were to beat #26 Union on Tuesday, we'll talk.

You might want to keep an eye on Canisius, as Bentley just swept them in their Buffalo barn this weekend. :-)

Also, Army may be looking more seriously at getting off the bubble for some action in this tourney.

I got a phone call from the George Gipp arena in Laurium, MI, and they will be serving their infamous turnip and venison testicle pasties for the regional. The BFB is also paying for a local convenience store to furnish some old coffee for the regional there.

Dick's Pump 'n Munch will supply the stale coffee.

The pasties will be a luxury compared to the buffet leftovers served in Odessa.

Also, Mount Washington told me they will be serving Dead Mouse Stew... as that what Marty the Cat has killed so far.

Catering for Point Roberts will be from Tsawassen, BC and will feature cod tongues and scrunchions. Due to border wait times, the food will be delivered three weeks early to ensure it clears customs.
