I'm also pretty excited as my tickets for Friday night are 1st row balcony... have never sat there before in Matthews, so I'm really looking forward to seeing the perspective from up there... I'm thinking its going to be a pretty "up close and personal / birds eye view" type of thing.

I would be ok with that. He had a big goal in this last weekend last year. I'll be at both games and I am with your predictions...3 points is what I expect and what the Terriers need to solidify pairwise going into the conference tourny

Yeah thats a good place to be. Im in the second row behind one of the goals. I have been twice before and you can easily get pushed behind polls and it blocks your viewing so you wanna be as close to the ice as possible. their students are in the balcony too though which is a pretty cool spot when they have a full crowd

you're in the second row of the balcony behind a goal? how/why did you get a ticket in their student section?

How in the H-E-DOUBLE-BENDY STRAWS does this thread turn into a CCHC-UMass Comm Ave flame fest? At least if it was an UMass Roxbury-UMass Comm Ave flame fest, it would be fun to read. GD super frauds! Let us have our flame fest thread and go pester the University of No Hardware (Not housebroken) Pussycats!

Sorry I meant I am in the lower level in the second row right below them and behind the goal so I will probably be getting stuff thrown at me all night.

Joke is so tired, especially with all the pot-smoking hipsters that compose the majority of the BU student body. The average conversation with the hipsters over there is:

"How's the BU hockey team? I hear they're #8 in the nation right now"

"Meh...they're OK."

The name of this thread needs to be changed or the flamers should go elsewhere.

As a Diehard Husky Dog, I hate (as in detest) just about everything about bu except its medical facilties (the only part that does some real service to society)! I have no love for bc, buy I do have a grudging respect for what the school has become and for some very bright, well grounded alumni who I deal with in business.

The point is: If the posters from these schools want to kill each other, that's just fine with us. Just pick a spot for your battles and leave this thread for those of us who want to talk about the possibility of as many 5 consecutive games between NU and bu. A series like that should settle matters very nicely - at least for this year.

hahah yeah because no one ever smokes at college parties at any school besides BU. Coming from the #3 druggiest school in the country.

You notice the context of this argument? The same tired "NU is by Roxbury therefore is a drug dealing school" schtick. I am fully aware of what goes on at college parties.

Anyway, back to the other poster - BU is hipster central; you can tell just walking five minutes on Comm Ave. So please, spare the dime bag joke.
