Harry, where are you getting the 7000 number? It is prob more like either 3000 or 5000 (depending on which attendance you believe)

Don't get me wrong. I love the Beanpot. I look forward to it every year. I suspect that most BU hockey fans do.
Since BC started winning it regularly, I know a lot of Eagles that like it a lot better than they used to.

But Harvard fans, what there are of them, don't seem to care. Maybe they would if they actually got to a final. Maybe.
Northeastern fans care deeply, but they are mostly masochists.

I saw an attendance figure of 11,700 for last night.

The initial USCHO figure was incorrect. They have since updated it to 14,832.

Even Northeastern's attendance on Monday was waaaay down from previous years. 8pm against BU, team coming in playing very well, tough to figure out why.

He's day to day, my guess is he's being held out for tomorrow as a precautionary measure. Subbing in MacLeod for him is not much of a downgrade, it gives John a chance to play his way back into the lineup, and increases the likelihood Charlie is healthy for Monday.

Olsson out for the season with an "upper-body injury."

The injury occurred to the same shoulder he injured earlier in the season as well as last season. Heard surgery may be necessary to correct the issue.

Well, Olsson DID score the tough ENG of all time last year at Conte, so I can see how that would throw them.
