I get why she's saying that, in that it can make her own team feel good about themselves. And there is truth to it as well in that some team that is expecting an easier opponent, like NU in a third-place game or a host of an an NCAA quarterfinal, instead has to play the Eagles. The flip side is that she would never say that if her team was 29-0. Shannon Miller might, but I don't think Katie Crowley would. So the message sounds a little odd when it becomes people are more afraid to play an underachieving BC team with a leaky defense.
Thanks! I gotta say that you're not predictable. I was so expecting to see a transition of, "... and cows give us dairy products, like ice cream." I guess you're speaking to a BC audience, so you can assume that such thinking will occur without you having to state the obvious.
Don't have that brand that I know of, but there is something similar. Tradidionally, it was served with a flat, wooden spoon, but my guess is that has been replaced by plastic in the decades since I last had one.
