And this worked well for bc in 2015/2016 until they had to play the actual best team in the country. :)

This was from the perspective of the players.

And anyway, if it wasn't, the answer would be "Boston College," the institution to which I belong, as well, as an alumnus.

If Lonergan is okay I'll take the L and move on. If she's not then I'm going to be very, very unhappy.

For those that didn't watch this game there was nothing fluky about UMD's W. Both teams are very good but I thought UMD got the better of the play for the large majority of the game. BC losing Lonergan was obviously huge (she is one of the best players in the country) but overall, UMD was the better team last night!

Yeah, those are 2 tough non conference losses to have on the resume this early. UMD with Rooney and a better than advertised lineup is going to be a pain for everyone they play.
