Ok, I was obviously wrong. I wonder if this could be why Henrik still hadn't committed. I always figured he would have gone to BC to play with his brother but I guess he knew there was a chance his brother would be gone.
Anyway, with Samuelsson leaving, my sources are telling me Malcolm Lyles will return to BC where York will force Cross to give up #4...

Your sources must be wrong, I heard he was going to take Venti's 30 for the number of NHL clubs that are fighting over him![]()
he only had 25 nhl development camp offers....
Watch this video from last week when he again was the first star. watch his goal, assist etc and tell me if he hasnt improved big time. watch the 105 mark and the rush up ice
Playing for a national championship starting this Friday All busting chops aside, it is nice to see a kid take a chance and come out on top.

Any word on whether Samuelsson will be returning to BC in the fall?
Hokiedope's deep throat-like sources still claim he's going to the Swedish Elite League.

There is a USCHO story that he signed with the Penguins so he is officially not coming back.
Since we're on a similar subject, I see that 1 former and 1 current player are part of the USA team for the World Championships. Congrats to Chris Kreider for joining the squad for the 2nd year in a row and to Ryan Shannon as well for becoming part of Team USA.
Additionally, the team will be coached by Scott Gordon, another former BC player.
This is just a preliminary roster for now as they only have 2 G, 10 F, and 4 D.
Question remains. Will BC win 10 games next season ??![]()
This may belong in the alum thread, but thought it was worth mentioning here. BC has a former player playing in every NHL playoff series except Nashville/Anaheim. Very impressive. Kudos to Jerry and staff for proving their ability in developing top caliber players both at the college level and the professional level. To establish BC Hockey as a place where you can not only compete for NCAA titles every year, but also personally develop your game to become a NHL contributor on the league's top teams is remarkable. Everyone involved in the program should be commended. From the head coach to the strength coach to the equipment manager and of course the assistant's out there flipping rocks to find these guys. On top of all that, they do it preaching hard work and strong character.
Proud to be a fan.
Well, if Maine can manage to finish 8th BC could probably get to 5 just from games vs. Maine.
How many years are left on the Timmay contract?
