well this year's freshmen were so special. and the sophs besides JG were also fantastic.

Yet even in a year when BC's talent was way down, they still made the NCAA's while the BU guys were already golfing. Just goes to show you how far BU has fallen behind BC.

If that's the case with the frosh (some natural goal scorers), then that's when you can experiment with breaking up a dynamic scoring line to create more scoring. Chicken salad + chicken salad = chicken salad (or maybe chicken parm).

I was just starting to get over it and feeling good for UML.

BU and BC played the same # of games. BU chose to lose their game by one goal playing for a championship. BC got waxed by a EZAC team. I'll take BU's conclusion, thank you.

Bomber, you can't be serious. Bc didn't finish strong, but come on. In a year where neither team took home any conference hardware, at least bc won the beanpot and made the national tournament.

C'mon, give BU a break, after all they did win the Beanpot 4th place trophy as well as their HE Semifinal Championship trophy. Who cares about the Beanpot Championship or making the NCAA's, those pale in comparison to BU's accomplishments.

Before any of the other fanboys arrive, part of the reason this season was disappointing for bc is BECAUSE they only won the pot and had a bu like season.

i think i've heard that before and we know the frosh class will be miles ahead of this years frosh and sophs , save for #5 and #13 because there's simply no where to go but up .............just average would qualify as miles ahead..................i'm not "taking the bait" on Straight up into the red seats you go, young man

Any sane fan would rather get to the NCAA's regardless of the outcome than get eliminated in the league title game. I guess now I know why Parker was never held accountable for his failure to make the NCAA's half the time if not more, they just don't mean anything to BU fans...

I'm guessing winning the league title probably trumps winning the NCAA's as well?

This is right in line with the fanboy thinking of the mid 2000s when BC was going to Frozen Fours and winning HE tourneys and the fanboys claimed their shorter season was better because they won a Beanpot.

I will correct you, however, as to what we define as a successful season. No one can say this was successful from BC's perspective. That's why we're different than you (and many many other reasons). Apparently you guys would throw a parade over our season... makes me wonder why you haven't thrown one for only losing 1-0 in a conf championship game and not making the NCAAs. Raise a banner?
