speaking of, this probably all comes from hoky still not coming down from malcolm orr anchoring an HE championship defensive unit

Good point. Another champ ring for him...... only kid In Hockey East to win a Natl champ, Beanpot and a reg season and tourn title with two different teams.

So Hoky, since I do respect your talent analysis (except for Lyles of course) what are your thoughts on Calnan, Fitz, Cangelosi, McCoshen, etc and will any make a big impact next year?

Come on now, let's give Malcolm some credit. Nobody looks better in a suit at the back of a team photo than him. All NHL teams are still interested.

I will get back to you on that one.

Fitz is a very good player who will make everyone better. Calnan is in sane mold as brown and silk but better and by a good margin

Trust me when I tell you Lyles talent was not the issue. Off the charts package but just didn't put it together and use it. To bad but what can you do. Good kid

Not sure what to think about Richardson who at one time was considered an elite recruit. Seems like his development has leveled off but will likely still be a solid player. Gilmour is another guy who could surprise as he's had a strong second half in the USHL after taking a while to get acclimated, which is usually the case with guys coming from the Prep leagues.

I think the loss of Hayes hurt this team more than people think.
