Gotta love it when someone (whose team is done for the year) has to knock their own team to make a point against a team they lost to.

I did not knock MN. We outplayed Michigan 5 on 5. If the ref calls penalties more even, we win. they didn't and we lost. Are you really going to argue that Michigan has a great defense and goalie?

*raiseshand* The actual called penalties were penalties. Just saying. Some OTHER calls MIGHT have changed the pace/tone/outcome of the game (the refs had no clue what icing was), but those penalties were warranted.

Hopefully that thought will get you through the off-season. That plus the 5 on 5 tournament champion trophy Minnesota won. Wait, they don't give out a 5 on 5 trophy because special teams are part of the game?

Based on horrible teams, with horrible fans and horrible refs. This year the conference is a joke. It will be a miracle if Michigan wins two games in a row next weekend.

New Big Ten fans don't understand its Minnesota not playing up to their abilities and not the other team actually playing better than Minnesota. This attitude has been going on for almost 100 years and will likely not change in the years to come even when the Gophers play Michigan, UND or BC.

It's always important to remember that nothing happens in college hockey without a gopher being the reason, according to gopher fans.

Until you've understood tArrogance (and even after), none of this makes any ****ed sense at all.

So you're saying that, despite Gopher fans constant assertions against it, Minnesota is the reason the BTHC formed. Hmmm

Yeah, man. It's about effort. If the Gophers just played harder, they would go undefeated.
