This is absolutely true. I hope progressives, democrats and open-minded people can absorb that thought. The mechanisms might look different but 2020 is the 1850s. We are lurching towards civil war. Let's see if we're smart enough to stop it this time around.

Is it the contention of the old man who has said he has no idea how Twitter works that 10 people was enough to make a random flight to South Bend trend on Twitter nationally? That is certainly one way to prove you have no idea how Twitter works ;-)

BTW your reaction is exactly why it was trending. First the Pete fans went nuts, then the Bros went nuts then a bunch of people who think nobody cares showed how little they cared by talking about it. :-)
