Back to the Most Punchable Face in America...if the files are saved to a flash drive why and the hell would you ship the drive? That means the files are digitized which means you can send them about Eleventy Billion different ways that are way more secure to send said documents. And why would you send them in a regular old envelope? Wouldnt you pack it in a box or something that isnt so easy to guess the contents of or risk it being magnetized or something? And since it is being shipped via UPS wouldnt you watch the tracking info? I mean every time I get something shipped by them I get an email and a notification from the app that allows me to get lots of updates on the progress of my package...free of charge!

Oh and one more...IF THE FLASH DRIVE ISNT THE ONLY COPY OF THE FILES WHY IN THE EVER LOVING FCUK ARE YOU ON TV WHINING BECAUSE THEY ARE GONE JUST SHOW THEM!!!! Your TV show isnt Yelp you walking piece of Silly Putty! If the evidence is as important as you say and if you still have copies of it stop crying, dont go off on 10 minute rants about how apparently the Antifa Socialist Army of Kamala Harris and the Zombie CIA of Sleepy Joe Biden stole it...just say "ha you didnt stop me I still got it!" and then show the world.

Oh wait...I forgot. These guys dont have the ability to forge things that a 6 year old cant tell is fake so the backup copies probably look 10 times worse. See this is how I know he never watched Deep Space Nine...they had a whole plot where to get the Romulans to join the War with the dominion where they forged a video file that showed the Dominion was planning to pull a Hitler and break the treaty. It would have never passed muster so they had it be part of an accident so that when it looked wonky it would be blamed on that and not it being a forgery. They didnt send it via one of the more secure shipping companies around and then have it magically disappear in thin air because no one would buy that.

(not very often you get to use Deep Space Nine to insult a bunch of brain dead Republicans!)

Supposedly law enforcement agencies throughout the country are preparing for massive unrest regardless of the election's outcome.

I absolutely believe it will happen if trump loses because I know the 62,000,000 that vote for trump are not going to accept or believe he will lose and trump will do nothing but egg them on. The administration will cease to function, other than for trump to air his grievances and dog whistle people to violently prevent him from leaving office. Will law enforcement do anything to counter that if it should happen? Show me anything that has happened recently to make me believe law enforcement in this country is prepared to actually serve and protect us should the need arise.

And if trump wins, I will need a lot of convincing by a lot of people I trust that I should accept those results because I do not believe a majority of people are going to vote for him in enough of the states that matter, like the rust belt blue wall, NC, AZ or Florida and maybe even TX and Georgia. I absolutely believe a fairly counted election would give Biden 350 EC votes at a minimum. trump's unpopularity is widespread.

So to me the question is are we are going to see if 35% of this country can destroy it?

Gorsuch is a Boy Scout, I'm not sure how he passed Trump's smell test. We know what Kavanuts' problem is, he's told us as much. Barrett is in a Xtian cult org that we don't fully know the details of, they could be having all sorts of weird ceremonies that the mainstream public would find creepy.

Alito, Thomas, Kavanaugh, and Barrett are political operatives, not justices. They are fungible foot soldiers who will do what they are told.

Gorsuch and Roberts are witting. Their larger philosophy is better served when the Republicans are in power. I don't think they have made their decision yet as to whether a Nazi GOP has a positive longterm expected value. Ideally they would have a strictly Plute, George Will-Mitt Romney GOP, that didn't care about skin color or gender and just siphoned off the national treasury to the 1%. But right now that isn't on the menu and they have to decide whether the risk of everything blowing up under 4 more years of Nazi occupation is cost effective.

Needless to say, none of the 6 are deciding on the merits. The Dim 4 are following orders and the Clever 2 are figuring the angles.

If we could appeal to even 10% of trump's voters with facts and logic trump would most likely lose 40-45 states. He could only win in states with an overwhelmingly white, older than average population and without a major, large (top 30 or so in population) urban area. How many states fit those demographics? But I think it's unlikely that even 5% of his voters can be reached, at least right now, let alone 10%. It's like alcoholism. You gotta want to quit drinking and feel like you are at or very near rock-bottom. trump voters do not want to hear ANYTHING that rumples their worldview.

Trafalgar trying to play the Rasmussen 2004 card. That year, Rasmussen was the closest poll to the actuals because its systemic 5-point bias happened to hit an unpolled effect that the others missed. Of course, Rasmussen has been way off every year Republicans didn't have a big overperformance, but that didn't stop them from having a 4-year honeymoon in which everybody loved them and every conservative quoted them as gospel.

This time Trafalgar is trying to do the same thing, being even more shameless than Rasmussen. At least the latter tries to fake it but Nate has suggested Trafalgar has no idea what they're doing and just manufactures numbers made to order for narratives, like official party polls.

I guess we will know sometime after election day if the "shy trump" voter is a thing or a myth. I just don't see logically how it isn't a myth. I have never yet met a trump voter that was shy about it. I have seen a few of my members in WI and MN be kind of quiet with their disgust of trump because they are outnumbered. And who is likely to be more shy about their support? The right has already shown it is willing to march to polling places with guns strapped to their side. Is that shy? Democrats have a reason to be fearful about expressing support for Biden when some armed idiot is walking up and down a sidewalk where you are trying to vote.

I'm happy to report I made one Sleepy Joe conversion, and one mushy flip-flopper who wants to cast a write-in, out of two former "what do we have to lose" Trump voters, by hammering on the facts (these were both "but the economy" voters who didn't realize how far gone our standing in the world has fallen under Dumpie). Hopefully 10 million others have also rescued their loved ones from the darkness. Sometimes you have to actually state out loud that Fox is not actually "fair and balanced", without mocking or shaming its victims. It really is another form of alcoholism.
