No, it'll be someone who can walk the Trump walk, but younger and lacks the old fckhead's baggage and inability to shut his mouth when it would suit him well. Maybe Tom Cotton? I'm sure Steve Bannon has at least half a dozen guys in mind.

Just think, according to law, the Secret Service still has to protect Trump for x (I can't remember exactly how long) number of years after he leaves office, like they do for any former President.
 
Biden now at 85% on 538. He's gaining a point a day. He is now farther ahead in FL than he is behind in TX.

I assumed it was for life. But as long as x isn't less than 5 Dump isn't going to exceed it. The dude is a runny sack of failing organs.
 
Biden needs to win by 18M for the largest vote margin in history. That would be about 11 points. He may well do it.
 
My guess is the ACLU will fight the WI decision in federal court. They have been doing a heckuva job on this crap.

People will try but I'm willing to bet dollars to donuts that nobody will have enough voter support to beat Trump and his 35%.
 
Let him destroy the Republican party. These two parties have done enough damage to our country. It's far beyond time we had a genuine shakeup.

All my criticisms of Biden aside...his team is on friggin point and have been for months. I mean they are running laps around Trump even on social media and that is his thing! I mean they sold out of the fly swatters already and his responses to the daily Trump headlines are almost in real time. His team makes him seem younger and more savvy than he probably is and it is definitely having an effect.

I've been wondering all day about the question Harris dodged last night about presidential health and how to handle death or incapacitation. I'm now 100% confident that the Biden team already has plans for what happens if he doesn't last the full four years. I'm sure that was one of the things Harris and Biden talked about during the first 48 hours.

The skill at which his team has reacted on social media, debate prep, handling of Trumps's insanity, COVID precautions, etc. has been truly top notch.

Wouldn't ABC need to give Dump equal time on this? Or does he forfeit that by not coming to the debate?

Given how TV needed to stop playing LAW & ORDER episodes with Fred Thompson, I'm not exactly clear on how "equal time" works....
