Bemidji State Beavers: Onto 2013-14 and Beyond

Re: Bemidji State Beavers: Onto 2013-14 and Beyond

Looks like BSU has gotten another verbal!

Teemu Pulkkinen, F, Espoo, Finland

I will work on trying to track down some stats on him, but those European Leagues can be difficult.

33 GP 25G-31A-56 Pts. and he leads his league in scoring.

Tough to compare how that translates to the NCAA, but SCSU's Kalle Kossila had almost identical numbers in his last year in that league.

Re: Bemidji State Beavers: Onto 2013-14 and Beyond

I smell the glue factory firing up!
Congrats Beavers on a 4-0 win over Huntsville tonight. I would have been there BUT, we left -15 degree Bemidji on Tuesday am and arrived in +85 degree Cancun later that morning. Will be back in time to see the the Bowling Green series. Go Beavers!

Re: Bemidji State Beavers: Onto 2013-14 and Beyond

It was nice not to cringe when our power play unit was in the ice. Good win, similar style of play.

Re: Bemidji State Beavers: Onto 2013-14 and Beyond

Cute..........two Pony players got on the kiss cam tonight and they kissed. Explains a lot. Not that there is anything wrong with that. Just sayin. How can anyone hate such a cute little team? ;)

Re: Bemidji State Beavers: Onto 2013-14 and Beyond

Something about Charger blue gives me Jared Ross flashbacks every time I see it. Good games. Good rivalry. The future is bright and the animosity only grows.

Re: Bemidji State Beavers: Onto 2013-14 and Beyond

Carlson is a ham. Fun guy.

Hey, guess what? Matt Larose gave up four goals, just like clockwork. He looked bad tonight. Guerriero got hung out to dry last night, but he would've stopped both Pedan goals and probably Parker's. Great effort by Bemidji, and you got the four points that you needed. Good luck grabbing home ice —*you're fighting Ferris and Northern, and they're passable.

Great performance by the Green and White yesterday! I am hoping for a repeat tonight against Mankato.

Looking good so far. This team has played really well the 2 months. If we can keep this up through the rest of the year a home game in the opening round of the WCHA tournament is certainly possible.
