BC Women's Hockey '17-'18: Olympic Year Titles Are Just As Sweet

Re: BC Women's Hockey '17-'18: Olympic Year Titles Are Just As Sweet

Is it true that when Watts scores, the fans for the opposition cry "Erg!"?

NH gets 33 shots. looks like the eagles were able to block 9 more. hhmmm. I'm impressed how Watts is able to conduct herself. Congrats to Newkirk on her 5 pt night as well.

Ask and thee shall receive.

BC 6 UNH 0 Final.

I wonder if hockey Canada is regretting their decision to leave Watts off the U22 team. A fifth place result in a tournament the USA did not even attend. If Watts was smart she would look into obtaining US citizenship. At least she would be appreciated somewhere. She has the best hands I have ever seen on a female player.

Given the way Watts is playing (lights on) ;) it is very strange she was not included in the U22 team Nations Cup roster.

Watts wasn't included in Hockey Canada's development program this year (despite being on the U18 last year). They select for the program in May and she wasn't chosen. So she wasn't even in the pool of players to be put on the U22 roster.
