I'm not a BC fan but they are the premier team of the last decade hands down.

UW just has to be ready with the PP to equalize. Stripes know they owe them a cheap penalty call. Saying the elbowing call on Mitchell was soft would be extremely kind.

With all my luck this season - team losing Division and Regionals, and my candidate for Hobey... well, I kinda feel like I shouldn't be watching this game tonight, I might ruin it for.... wait... who am I rooting for again? :p

This couldn't be better here in Detroit.

How can you not like seeing a bunch of Wisconsin fans ****ed, angry, on the verge of tears after all the hype and overconfidence before the game.

WE ARE BC!! 2010 National Champions!!

Jerry York with his 850 win, couldn't have come a better way!!!

WOOOOOOOOO! What a day, what a weekend.

Congrats to BC, definitely the better team. This game was over a while ago.

Congrats to BC they made it look easy on both days. Two championships in three years--very impressive. Crazy games 8-1, 7-1 and 5 nil.

Congrats to BC, it was clear they wanted it more and their speed gave UW fits. Would have liked a better showing from Wisconsin though, this is not the team we have seen all year. But BC won that game, not Wisconsin losing it, just would have made it more respectable.

York is a great coach. Fun season of hockey once again.

Yes! Champs again! You really can't say enough about York and the way he had them prepared. That was as close to two perfect games as you can get.

What a frustrating game tonight as I swear every one of their players had TWO sticks in the lanes. Muse will get credit for a SO, but team defense and quickness got it done.

All I can say is at least it wasn't the Gophers.

Agreed. BC was so tenacious in the D zone in both games. They made two very good programs look very ineffective. Anytime Miami or UW got the puck boom an Eagle was on them instantly. No time to pass, no passing zones--just text book disciplined hockey. When it's all said and done the talent at this level is so dam close--it comes down to coaching, discipline and team leadership. BC had it all clicking in a major way.

BC... To much speed, too much tenacity. Well deserved title by a team that knew how to save its best for the final weekend. Well done, BC.
