The secretary is a guy...it is Chris Helmsworth.

And Clown it was trailer #2...which is not worse than trailer 1 (the most hated video in Youtube history...no joke) but is still pretty horrid.

So I looked it up. I said to myself, "how bad could it be?," I said.

One comment says it all:

"If this movie was showing on a plane in mid-flight, I would still walk out."

A documentary from this year's Cannes Film Festival will be released in the US this summer, including in Philadelphia during the Democrats' Convention.

It is called Clinton Cash and it might do fairly well at the box office for a documentary, we'll see.....

The documentary is based on a book by former Hoover Institution fellow Peter Schweizer and was just screened during the Cannes Film Festival. It is set to be shown in major US cities, including Philadelphia during the Democratic National Convention there in July.

Schweizer’s research has withstood a year of intense scrutiny from critics because it is fact, not fiction. And the facts are compelling.

The film whisks you around the globe, retracing how the Clintons personally pocketed six-figure speaking fees and collected billions of dollars for their family foundation [while Mrs. Clinton was Secretary of State].

When you name your economic institute after the president during the Great Depression it kinda hurts the legitimacy of any research you conduct.

Well, it wasn't Hoover, it was just a Hoover fellow but there are hundreds of them and intellectually that could mean anything -- a woman in my Sociology doctoral cohort at Stanford was offered a Hoover scholar slot for, essentially, being the wife of a successful SF publisher.

When Hoover actually releases stuff under their imprimatur they're fairly careful, or they used to be. But then again, CATO used to be legit and now it's a just a Koch study-for-hire front. Hoover may have sunk into the swamp of movement conservative idiocy as well.

This is obviously just a low rent Clinton hit piece like the Citizens United crap, from the usual RWNM suspects.

At this point I'm willing to give Ghostbusters a shot. 8 year old Raceboarder watched the crap out of Slimer & The Real Ghostbusters on ABC Saturday Mornings, so I'm all in on this I guess. I can see how the trailers would be discouraging though.

I loved that cartoon, and it looks like less of a mess than the new Ghostbusters. I mean even the visual effects look rather terrible.

The visual effects look similar to the ones used in Ghostbusters. Given that was 30+ years ago, I'm not impressed.

Really? I find it hard to believe it will rise to that level.

Just saw the commercial for it. I agree with you. It MIGHT reach the level of the Angry Birds movie, if it's lucky.

I watched Pawn Sacrifice...the Tobey Maguire flick about Bobby Fischer and it was really really good. TM did a great job playing Fischer and the movie shows his accent to champion and decent into madness quite well!

I've seen that suggested to me, but was unsure. Will take another look at it.

I hated Tobey in the SM movies, but I've enjoyed many other of his parts so I will remember to give this one a look.

ah, so facts themselves are different now depending upon who reports them?

A truly sad commentary on our times.

"The sky is blue, but only if you are Democrat. If you are a Republican, the sky is red." :(

Foreign companies and governments with business pending before the State Department made large donations to the Clinton Foundation. That doesn't change based on your preferences: it is in the filings, no matter what your political affiliation. The subsequent decisions by the State Department are also a matter of public record that do not change no matter what your political affiliation.

Whether it is coincidence, correlation, or causation, now that does change depending on how you want to [choose your verb] it.

1) I'm not a Democrat.
2) I didn't vote for Hillary in the primary and I'm not voting for her in November.
3) I don't need people to tell me about corruption in the Clinton "charity"
4) Cut a hole in the box.
5) Just because Clinton is corrupt as hell doesn't make the GOP any less corrupt or evil.
6) The sky is red, if you look at it right after sunrise or right before sunset.
"Red sky at night - sailors delight
Red sky in morning - sailors take warning"

Daniel Craig turned down $50,000,000 to do two more Bond films.
