A gunman in West Texas who killed five people while firing from his vehicle and then from a hijacked mail truck was shot and killed by police in a gun battle in a movie theater parking lot, authorities said Saturday.
At least 21 people were injured, including some who were wounded by the shooter, Odessa Police Chief Michael Gerke said at a news conference. Gerke said three law enforcement officers were injured: one from the Department of Public Safety, one officer from the Midland Police Department and one officer from Odessa Police Department.

Cant these people just kill each other then themselves? Leave everyone else alone they dont need to die because life isnt working out for you the way you thought it would. Maybe if you had an IQ in the triple digits you wouldnt be a sad sack incel.

BREAKING: A slate of new laws that loosen restrictions for guns went into effect in Texas just a day after another mass shooting in the state left at least five people dead and more than 20 injured.

Chuck E. Cheese isn't mentioned in the Constitution. The 2nd Amendment clearly states I am allowed to carry an unlicensed nuclear accelerator on my back. I don't even need training!

7 have now been confirmed dead in the latest expression of 2nd Amendment rights. With at least one more critically unstable. But hey, most of those that were shot will physically recover, so this one wasn't really all that bad. I mean how many people died from complications of diabetes yesterday? I bet it was way more than 7 and I don't see anyone here wanting to ban donuts and sugar sodas. What a bunch of hypocrites.
