I thought it was pretty sloppy. We got the win, but sloppy, and LSSU should get their guys under control. You don't get three misconducts without really earning them. It's bush league to hurt guys because you are losing.

Yeah, too bad Jamie couldn't get the shutout. Did not see the handshake line, may have to watch it on demand.

Mel with Dirk:
More jump from the start tonight, had more speed
We ad to earn it tonight
Good to have Heinonen back
We're a little banged up, will try to take care of injuries during bye week
Vallis heck of a weekend, took a bad hit form behind, lost a couple teeth/stitched, good to come back out for MVP award
Eick goal, big after good 1st, good to see that in the game
Great crowd, happy to retain the trophy

Like I said, I lost a lot of respect for Damon Whitten tonight.

Did Mel really just push Whitten in the handshake line? Did I see that right? It didn't look like it was done for giggles. Hard to tell for sure since the entire second half of the game was a studdering, buffering mess.

Reminds me a lot of the time Russell was ****ed at Rolstons USA U18 team.

Bill Crawford said they were still jawing at each other in the press box, and you could hear them in the background right before he went on the air with Whitten for postgame.

Mel has every right to be angry, that was some pretty bush league stuff from LSSU tonight.

Nope. Easy choice.

McNaughton would be really nice, but two consecutive years of getting an auto bid has priority in my book.

We didn't get an auto bid last year, we got an at large bid.

It's been 40 *ing years. I want the MacNaughton. Worry about the NCAAs when the conference playoffs start. For the rest of the year, they just need to adopt this philosophy:

Win = Good. Tie = Meh. Loss = Bad.

We currently sit @ 19th in PWR pending the outcome of BG and Min.St final. Kato is 18th and BG is # 26. BG leads 3-1 with about 4 min. left.

Bowling Pins' victory is final, so we slide into a tie for 18th with BobbyMo for now.

Those UAA losses and giving up two goal leads to BGSU and UM are really going to haunt us this year.

Have to hope for some bubble team upsets down the stretch.

The UAA sweep is killing us the most, I think.
