Wow, this is a much more civil thread then the one with the goofs. Sounds like we have to make a road trip to columbus next year. Beer, cheap seats, and free parking.

Sadly the beer is not cheap. However I CAN direct you to a campus bar afterwards where we can all get some reasonably priced pitchers!

After? Here is the problem with tOSU. In Wisconsin we drink before and after. Last Friday we arrived in Madison at 2:00 pm. Went to sleep thirteen hours later.

This is weird. A TON of available seats appeared in the club level for Saturday's game that were NOT there last night. So I wonder what's the deal?

All we have to do to put the Miami fans in their place is bring up how they blew a guaranteed national title in the last minute and they start yapping like little kicked dogs....

It's fun to see their nostrils flare and the hair go up on the back of the neck when that subject comes up.

Other than being in the new league this year I think my favorite part is how quiet the Thunder Chicken fans are. They're not even doing drive by sniping in this thread.

Man, I'm glad you said that. I thought it was just me, and that possibly all that Amytal and vodka I took a few days ago had done permanent damage. I've pretty much stopped freaking out now. Thanks!

Lest we go around thinking that OSU is harmless, and nobody takes their program seriously... well, that's all pretty true, but we really shouldn't be so nice to their fans. Just remember what their football brethren are like, and all sympathy should fly right out the window.

Eat it, Buckeyes. Overachieving at 4th place sounds about right for you.

I was thinking similar thoughts. If this were a football game thread, doubt it would be so cordial.

That said, I don't like OSU (their teams), but I don't despise them like I do the two schools that are playing at the Mooch this weekend.


A handshake line brawl could go a long way though. Does OSU have any midgets... er.. sorry... little people in their lineup that Soleway could beat the **** out of after we rout them tonight?

We do have a 6-6 and 6-5 pair of enforcers who will make Badger roadkill out of anyone to gets too rough. LOL!

Found the reason for all the seats appearing. They're part of men & women's basket ball seat license package and corporate ticket packages and if the tickets for the seats aren't claimed then 48 hours before the game they're released for sale.
