And with Bowdoin playing them last year only to have oswego end their season they will be very hungry coming into the campus center

Agreed - Bowdoin coming to the CC looks more entertaining at this point...plus a few extra Joshua L Chamberlain anecdotes ;-) How I do enjoy Gettysburg.

That was in the back of my mind after we lost to Fredonia. Somehow I felt that we would be playing Bowdoin after that game. It seemed like the logical choice or at least the winner of the NESCAC.

Neumann again with a stupid penalty with the Knights player holding down Ollie Koo and somehow Koo gets a penalty too. I like the physicality that Neumann brings don't get me wrong, but they are not playing smart hockey.

EDIT: and they win 2-1 was a little late on that original post...gunna be a great game Saturday

Outstanding goaltending by Bowdoin - exciting last minute in Maine.

19 seconds, with Neumann's end catering a faceoff. Looks like Bowdoin, Lakers fans. See you Saturday.

Bowdoin 2-1 thanks to some hot goaltending. Hopefully for our sake that type of goaltending will not continue.

That 'tender for the Polar Bears was phenomenal!

He made some HUGE saves on the PK!

Oswego's talented forwards vs Bowdoin's hot goalie. Should be a good one!

Agree the announcers went way overboard with partisanship and opinion and it got distracting (that's how it sometimes goes with student announcers I think). The game was a clash of styles. It could have gone either way. Bowdoin's goalie was the difference, he played outstanding, kept them in the game in the first and enabled them to hang on in the third. Very evenly matched game, I have to think those major penalties hurt Neumann, even if only from the standpoint of preventing them from building momentum and getting a flow going. I couldn't see the plays well enough to say whether the majors were deserved.

Prez or Cadet Crosby, any info on when tickets will be available for Saturdays game at Plattsburgh? I have to be to work at 8 and don't get out until 4, any chance I can still get a ticket then. Any info will be great

In regards to Healy's performance.: he brought up the fact that a 12 loss team got in and Castleton didn't...which is not really germane when you are broadcasting a game that didn't include either of those teams. IMHO, he is a freaking tool.

Students leave Plattsburgh friday afternoon, tickets shouldn't be much of a problem.
