One week until the PWHL draft - who goes in the top ten, and more specifically in what order?

2026 PWHL Draft

Here is what I think, so far, roughly...
1. Caroline Harvey
2. Abbey Murphy
3. Laila Edwards
4. Tessa Janecke
5. Kirsten Simms
6. Emma Peschel
7. Lacey Eden
8. Nelli Laitinen
9. Elyssa Biederman
10. Sydney Morrow
11. Issy Wunder
12. Sara Swiderski
Maybe in or near the 1st round, Petra Nieminen, relative veteran of Finland. Several outlets have more or less these names in some order for the top 10-12! There are a couple ECAC to WCHA transfers, Morrow and Swiderski, as that seems like one route for development. The picks with a certain amount of consensus about them are picks 1-3, Harvey, Murphy, and Edwards.
The draft order in which expansion teams will pick is not officially announced (I think). The top four teams in the Gold Plan, therefore picking in this order, are Vancouver, Seattle, New York, and Toronto. Last year, the expansion teams picked last out of the 8 teams in the draft.

I read somewhere that Edwards declared for the draft as a defender.
