It was a youthful indiscretion. She's learned her lesson.

Must've been for stock tips, because ish.

Iowa could be fun. If no one gets 35% a state convention is called to determine the nominee. For the GOP gubernatorial race, there are five candidates and right now the leaders have 36 and 35%. Just a couple of percentage points....

NYT re: CA-Gov

Early results were showing Steve Hilton, a Trump-endorsed Republican and the former Biden administration official Xavier Becerra leading the field in the California governor’s race, but it was far too early to draw conclusions about who will advance to the general election in November.

Still, the early data seemed enough to compel two lower-performing Democrats, the former Los Angeles mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and San Jose Mayor Matt Mahan, to concede shortly after the first tranches of results were posted.

Not even an endorsement from Trump could save Feenstra. I don't really care since I'll be voting for Sand in the general either way, but Feenstra ran probably the worst campaign I've ever seen. Avoided all debates, townhall, and forums where other candidates were present. Seemingly took the nomination for granted. Not sure if he just wanted to collect that sweet sweet campaign cash or what.

Lahn is a carpetbagger from Kansas with ties to the Koch brothers, so the door is open for Sand to win the governor's race.

Vote ̶B̶l̶u̶e̶ Red No Matter Who

The fact that deep blue California is going to elect a milquetoast centrist like Becerra should embarrass the party leaders, but they celebrate it.

In CA-32 and CA-21, Democratic incumbents 74-years young Brad Sherman and Jim Costa used their youthful vigor to beat off younger primary challengers. As did 75-years young Mike Thompson in CA-4. In CA-7 Doris Matsui used her 81 years of life experience to win the nomination. Chuck Schumer is a crack shot with that sniper rifle.

I just want to know which Dan Sullivan (R) it is that JJ is going to vote against up in Alaska.

The third one that used to be Mayor of Anchorage (yes, there is a third Dan Sullivan in Alaska politics).

CA is full of rich old Boomers just like the Midwest and they consistently outvote everyone under 40. Just because a few whiners decided to spread their diseases in TX and FL during the COVID shutdowns doesn't mean every dickwad with money up and left. And now I see stories about people who moved to TX during COVID who are now moving back to CA because Tex-ass blows.

More variance within than between.

Generations are a marketing gimmick. Just another way to say yay me boo you.

They are grievance astrology.
