2025-26 Division III Women's Hockey

Wild night in the MIAC as St. Scholastica beats Augsburg in a shootout after a 1-1 tie and Concordia beats Gustavus 3-2 behind 50 saves from Abby Huselid. In addition, 2 1-0 games (hamline over bethel and St. Benedict over St. Olaf) and another tight one with St. Mary's over St. Catherine 4-2.
There is no better combo than Gustavus and making freshmen goalies look like All-Americans. They’ve done it 3 times in 5 games lol. That program is officially dead

The West turned upside down this weekend. An encore from yesterday, this time UWEC takes down UWRF 3-0, Bethel knocks of Hamline 4-0, St Olaf 5 CSB 1.
The only sure thing was the shaky goaltending at Gustavus, current collective save percentage .856. My condolences, it can only go up from there so here's hoping one of you breaks through.

I'm going to have to watch that replay of the UWEC game.....thought I pulled the men's score on accident. I had that team dead to rights vs RF, watching them twice prior to start the season. Not a bad team by any means, but beating RF was not on anyone's radar. Over the years they've always played them tough but that's a true shocker.

Tuesday night UWEC vs GAC - Can they get over their celebratory hang over to score some goals? Might be worth a watch to see what happens.
