you know what a miscarriage is? When the body self aborts. When it happens late enough, it needs to be removed via d&c or the woman goes septic and dies. Which they have been in red states. And for the real slow ones here, a d&c is considered abortion

From what little I read on the case, it was an issue that her life was at risk so the decision should have been hers. Trump is for exceptions and that would fit the bill there.

He’s in court as we speak over using the compromise settlement/authority this time around. There’s a political party and a court system that doesn’t want student loan forgiveness on any scale other than what Biden has been able to do around the margins that doesn’t rankle too many feathers.

What you and Trump want is the Texas law. She went to the hospital three or four times and they kept sending her back home until they finally decided it was life threatening and by then it was too late.

You know what would’ve been easier and probably kept her alive? If SHE had the choice from the beginning. Not a doctor.

Aside from that, the Federal government has very few tools to fight inflation that wouldn’t trample over individuals’ rights. The most they can do is to search out price gougers, which they did, specifically the example regarding the egg producers artificially inflating their prices beyond normal market conditions.

The Federal Reserve did amazing work to get inflation under control as quickly as it did. That’s not the Biden administration’s doing, but it’s another piece to the puzzle.

That's why the Democrats were probably fucked regardless. They had to design a platform explainable to voters usually disinterested in politics and basic economics or they were going to lose 10 million of their votes. This board is way smarter than the average voter base.

A miscarriage is not an abortion. I am rather familiar with the circumstances from a family situation. States that would somehow not allow an immediate "clean-up" are 100% wrong. The mom's life is at risk, it should be her call.

I am also familiar with ectopic pregnancy from a family situation. The mom's life is at risk, it should be her call.

These situations plus rape and incest account for 3.5% of all abortions. The rest are due to carelessness.

Thats why the "exceptions" in anti-choice laws don't work. It was not Josseli Barnica's call. She would be alive today if it were not for people like you.

Josseli didn't wan't an abortion, but the laws you support created delays in medical treatment because doctors work in fear of facing legal trouble from anti-choice zealots.
