2023 NCAA Women's Tournament - Scores and Comments

That game was not enjoyable for me after the first period, but when the Wisconsin player had a breakaway without a stick..that was pretty funny!
 
For those who couldn't see things today, or want to watch again, etc. ESPNU will be broadcasting the games early Sunday morning. 5:30 AM CDT for Ohio State, and then 8 AM for Minn-Wisconsin. I don't know if they'll edit it because of OT, but we're just past three hours when the goal came. So turn it on at 10 AM? 10:30 AM?

Yeah I had the same problem with all caps last night period. I wish I could embed the video of George's dad and Elaine on Seinfeld getting in that fight at the police station right now.
 
I'm a fan of late 80's AWA wrestling and Mean Gene Okerlund, who interviewed the wrestlers in primers for matches.......read the Bucky part in the voice of Randy the Machoman Savage or Hulk Hogan....

Well fans, we have the cage match of all cage matches coming up in Amzoil Arena on March 19th at 3pm in Duluth Minnesota and we have none other than the man himself to talk about it along with his entourage of beautiful and vicious victorious Badgers, Bucky Badger! Come on in Bucky and hello ladies.....Geez Bucky, you could have cleaned up a little from the match last night......Bucky grabs the mic....Lemme tell ya Mean Gene!!, the Muzzzzzzzzinator's been shooting her mouth off about wanting to take us on instead of her cute little ex-schoolmates, the now viciously mangled and defeated rodents....HAHAHAHA lemme tell ya ....your wish is my command my dear Muzzzzzy. We are goona be locked in that cage with your Yuckeyes, which we don't even know what those even are?? we're gonna slash, claw bite and tear your team to shreds! We're gonna mash your team up against that cage and make mashed muzzicakes, and then KK is gonna get the cookies from where only SHE can put them and we we're gonna have a little victory dessert with some of that fine coooold Wisconsin milk as we prance around that ring with a large trophy you so dearly wanted. I'm already gorged with those little annoying tunneling things, yeah we pulled them out of where they hide and they were delicious, but there ain't no hiding for the Yuckeyes in that cage!!! No no no! Whatya gonna do when Badgermaina runs wild on yyyyoooouuuu!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????????????????

There you have it folks, his teeth are still red from diner last night and there's still gopher hair in his claws but come and see them at Amzoil Arena on Sunday Sunday Sunday March 19th at 3pm in Duluth and take on the Yuckeyes. (whatever those are) Tickets are still available.

If I'm counting correctly, five Badgers and one Buckeye - Teagan Grant - have the chance to join a relatively select group tomorrow by winning their third NCAA championship.

Some number of Duluth players in 2001-2003, Badgers in 2006-09, and Gophers in 2013-2016. And at least one player tomorrow.

I know one of the Badgers on that list is Alycia Matthews. I played beer league with her a few years ago. Best passer of the puck I have ever had the privilege of sharing ice with.

We talked about how the first round and quarterfinal games all took place at essentially the same time, respectively. I know local factors have to be taken into consideration, but it would have been nice if the D3 and D1 championship start times were more than an hour apart.
