2021-2022 D1 Women's Hockey Scores

Is it known whether the committee has to minimize flights yet for the first round of the NCAA tourney? I know it’s early to be asking tourney questions, sorry.

Very enlightening of Minnesota and Colgate to have played this weekend. I had written earlier “when will Minn deliver a statement win?” Well they just delivered two.

Yeah should be no change to that this year, although we won't know the details on anything (such as how much an OT win counts for) until the prechamps manual comes out in December-ish.
 
As far as RPI recruiting top goalies, all I can think of is that the assistant is a former goalie herself I think. It is recruiting and development. As good as Rampano is, she was splitting time 2 years ago with Nystrom who transferred to Mercyhurst, and Nystrom was apparently the 'better' goalie back then. RPI has 3 more on staff but none of them have yet to see the ice.

Watching also. Ohio State is definitely holding their own and in fact outplayed the Badgers for the last half of the period. Badgers' Edwards would defiantly like a do-over on the one-on-one goal that allowed the Buckeyes to tie it up.
 
Still 1-1 after two. No question the BADgers had the edge in play in the 2nd. Braendli coming up big on several occasions to keep it a tie game, heading into the 3rd.

Buckeyes have owned this game as much as WI owned yesterday’s. Way too much individual play by WI forwards. If they ever learn to play together with more structure they could be really dangerous.
 
Whew 3 on 3 OT upcoming.
pankowski referred to Ohio State as Ohio in the final minute. Make em pay Buckeyes! :) :) giveaways by both teams more than once in the final minute. Anyone’s game
