Which is bad. He already Ted Kennedy'd the "Why do you want to be POTUS" question (did so more than Teddy himself, IMO). Now he can't give a straight answer on taxes, which 85-90% of Democratic voters agree are unfairly proportioned, and should be raised on the wealthy.
