Oh, don't misunderstand me. I'm not selling out to the corporations. I'm still going to happily watch those commercial heads roll into the basket.

But I'm more and more persuaded to do it on behalf of the Smarty elite, not the Poors. The vast majority of the Poors, it turns out, are a nasty lot, and for the most part they're the allies of the Rich, wittingly or not.

Maybe a .01%cracy is the way to go. Just base it on the GREs (tier 1 LSATs and MCATs will be kept as useful servants, along with a handful of GMATs as court jesters).

I didn’t read it; but isn’t that the “Economic Angst” theory? That’s a different one.
My people are clear-cutting 200-yard shooting lanes in old growth hemlock on their private tracts of hunting property so they can drive the Kubota back &forth between the heated blind and bait pile.

"we" -- It seems that being a Sanders supporter is part of your core identity. If someone "insults" Trix (calls him out) you take it personally. But guess what: No one was talking to you. But I'll address this at you: I don't give a **** if you supported Bernie in the primary vs Hillary (I did too) -- if you weren't a Hillary supporter in the general then yes, you're an idiot. The fact that you're still crying about how mean everyone was to you for supporting Bernie is pathetic.

This is a primary. With a lot of candidates. Most people are going to end up having to vote for someone in the general that wasn't their first choice early on. Vote your conscience in the primary, help move the party closer to you ideologically, but enough with the "if your name isn't Bernie Sanders then you're no different than Trump" bull****. And enough of the persecution complex. It's not rigged against Bernie.

I just realized that Biden's surge has to be due to the bizarre Ukraine/Hunter obfuscation. If Trump endorsed him for the nomination he'd probably get bumped down to 3% in no time.

First of all, this is a primary. Like a general election national polls are meaningless; state by state matters. If you disagree, check with President Hillary Clinton. Oh wait.

Second, maybe Liz should drop out and endorse Bernie.
And before anyone says that's not a valid poll because it only has 430 respondents, I'll point out that the CNN poll only has 424 Democrats/Independents (the rest are Republicans and/or GOP leaning Independents). They found an awful lot of those.

The CNN Poll was conducted by SSRS from October 17 through 20 among a random national sample of 1,003 adults reached on landlines or cellphones by a live interviewer, including 424 registered voters who are Democrats or Democratic-leaning independents. Results for the full sample have a margin of sampling error of plus or minus 3.7 percentage points. For results among potential Democratic voters, it is plus or minus 5.8 points.

Yeah they are all going to do this. Just like every local newspaper will do the same thing. In a year Trump will "possibly win Minnesota" because that sells papers.

The media cares about the bottom line, they sold out the truth years ago. And new media isnt much better cause all they do is clickbait to high heaven.

Then once again you have proven you dont actually read what I post. I have actively posted ON THIS BOARD against Biden since 2015. When everyone was talking about him entering in 2016 I flat out said he is a disaster and the Dems need him to go away.

How you can square the fact that I supported Bernie in 2016 (with money and votes) and Warren now with this idea you think I would vote for Biden is beyond me. I barely liked Joe as Veep outside of him going public about supporting Gay Marriage. Joe doesnt rank in my top ten of candidates. (probably not Top 20)

If you are trolling...A+. If you are serious, then dude maybe it is time to take a step back.

National polls are not meaningless. Unlike the electoral college most states award primary delegates proportionally, which is why Sanders strategy of squeezing out a few wins in some caucus states and then getting crushed in big primary states was not a winning one last time around.
