mookie have you ever played netball at the British Club or disco at The Warbler or Tobasco Charlie's? I used to order 2 shawarmas and coke from the Iskenderun Grills (not sure why they pluralized 'grill') delivered to the house for around a dinar back in the day. Oh man the Thai Club, Hash House have great food. Also the ladies serving lunch at the Gulf Hotel were always top notch at the poolside restaurant as were the Indian and Mexican restaurants within. Is Sheik's beach still open to select expats?
Not sure I ever will go back but that was a good year.

I called for Hillary to step down too. (on here even) When it is over it is over just admit it and back the winner. The longer you wait the worse you look and the more it divides people. If you have no path to victory be an adult and tip your cap and start stumping for the winner.

Agreed. And not when it's over; bad criteria. It should be when it's effectively over. The nominee shouldn't need it locked up for the other candidates to combine their warchests and elect the nominee. Call it 75% locked up. Which should happen around March or April at the latest. Get out, circle the wagons, and win.

I actually disagree with this insomuch as his failure to really get behind her after he was out had an impact. This is not be blaming him per se - Hillary was her own worst enemy on her own, but there was an unlucky confluence of events that all contributed to her demise.
