You would almost think the Right wants to tank her by carrying the torch for her this early.

That loud noise you hear is Schultz's chances crashing through the floor.

He could have at least tried “job creators”

Re: 2020 Democratic Challengers III: Weekend at Bernie's

Tucker had a segment last night about Biden's history of controversial racial remarks. Maybe Faux saw the polls and are nervous he might run. ;)

I've seen it reported that Chump fears Biden the most due to his working class appeal and that he comes across as a likeable guy. Don't know if that's how it would play out in a campaign but I can see him ordering his Fox minions to try and take out his perceived biggest rival.

Re: 2020 Democratic Challengers III: Weekend at Bernie's

Can someone help me with Cory Booker? Why him?

Cuz he's Spartacus!

I dunno. Why not? Every single Democrat with a national profile as high as, well, the mayor of South Bend, Indiana apparently, is thinking about taking a run at this. 18 candidates? Hah! How about 88?

You don't need a reason. Ted Kennedy couldn't even think of a reason. Because it's there. Because it gives you an excuse to stay away from your spouse. Because the pension is good.

I can see Dump thinking Biden is the most serious because: white, male, old -- characteristics that Dump matches and which therefore he takes seriously.

You know what would REALLY freak Dump out? An old white male general. My god, that would hit every insecurity he has, and that's saying something.

Star tribune reporting that there’s an event Saturday here with risers for press and the person who booked is a former staffer of klobuchar

Re: 2020 Democratic Challengers III: Weekend at Bernie's

While I'm still supporting Warren, this is a good example of why we put people through the grinder of a primary. Most Dems (excluding quasi Dems like Bloomberg who have no chance) running are really close on issues. So, the contest is to see who presents themselves best, as in who can frame issues, easily explain policy positions, inspire turnout, etc. I personally think this native American dig at her is stupid, but sometimes nonsense sticks (her emailzzzz) especially with a willing and compliant national press core printing GOP press releases as their own reporting during campaign season. She needs to put this to bed soon.

Re: 2020 Democratic Challengers III: Weekend at Bernie's

The remaining pieces for 2020 are falling into place. Klobuchar to announce this weekend and ORourke by the end of the month. Both suggesting they are joining.

Right now, that's my fav ticket - ORourke/Klobuchar. The election will be won/lost in the midwest states that Trump picked up from Obama.
