Re: 2017 MLB Season - The Goat Memorial Thread

Nats try a walk off safety squeeze with two outs instead of the suicide. Runner on third freezes after the the pitcher fields it and gets thrown out in a run down. Poor baserunning because he probably still makes it if he keeps going.

Jerry Remy's lung cancer is back. Again. This is the 4th time, and second in 6 months.

I have the feeling that this one is trouble.

The MN Twins have horrible bullpen pitching. It's been a thing for more than just this season. What do they do with the first overall pick in the MLB draft yesterday? They draft a SS.

The Pohlad family went cheap.

I'm shocked!

Re: 2017 MLB Season - The Goat Memorial Thread

The twins are weird. Through seven they've scored seven in an inning twice, scored 19 total on 26 hits, and left only four on base.

I can't figure this god forsaken team out.

Are they winning? :)

They have the second most hits in a game in 17 years. In only eight innings.
