DeBrincat with a foolish penalty on the big stage, could have gotten the Canadian for embellishment though.

No, a bone head play like that deserves to be the only thing called. Right in front of the linesman, likely clear view for the ref. Dumb, dumb, dumb.

Dumb penalty for sure...will hurt the US latter in the game...need to get some shots on goal not wide and blocked.

Canada defense being allowed to blatantly interfere of several occasions on zone entries. If they're not gonna call that, US needs to use speed and take it wide.

Given some of the roster decisions, really hurts to have a top line forward thrown out. But he deserved it. Even when we do get puck deep, canada interfering well. Not being called so keep doing it.

Yep, and our d should realize that it's not being called. So we should do the same.

Nice resurgence by US in that period. They should be up by at least one more after the sustained pressure early in the second. Teams are pretty evenly matched with both goalies playing well.
