Well this past weekend they did get a head start on the other two. Then again I wouldn't be surprised if playing such a good team like Clarkson will help them in the long run. In the short run their away game at Northeastern will be a good test on Saturday.

It was wasn't it. Though someone forgot to tell bu it was test day. And mind anyone who says we only go as far as Coyne goes, while that is mostly true she scored exactly 0 of our 7 goals, she did get 2 assists but all 7 goals were scored by different scorers.

But a bad day/weekend for teams previously ranked #5-#9 in last week's USCHO poll.
#5 Harvard lost to Dartmouth
#6 Bemidji State swept by Wisconsin
#7 North Dakota tied by St. Cloud State
#9 Cornell swept by BC
And the two teams (BU and Penn State) that also received votes lost too.

I still can't get out of my mind that Northeastern lost to Lindenwood, and getting swept by Wisconsin is less of a negative than tying St. Cloud.

You know what, actually, I didn't think of Dartmouth... I'd like to see them play another game first but they're my next team up,

10) Minnesota-Duluth: This could be many teams, but not a CHA team. Dartmouth and Princeton - rack up a couple more impressive wins and I see you. I still think this #10 comes down to Cornell or MD. Why? Because both teams ran into the buzz-saws that are BC and Minnesota. No penalty for that. It's hard to pick one, but since they both played BC this season, and MD had the better showing... for now... MD.

The top three are very close. I give the edge to UM for having 2 lines putting up points, and UW for not allowing a goal since the Truman administration.
