2014-2015 University of Minnesota-Duluth Bulldogs Womens Hockey

Re: 2014-2015 University of Minnesota-Duluth Bulldogs Womens Hockey

I believe Shuler's contract was already not being renewed? Will not be the same as having to let her go for Crowell.

Yes, I realized that after I had logged off so I came back to make the correction but you beat me to it. Crowell is off the hook and only has to have Human Resources post the add for two new assistant coaches like St. Cloud State just did. Wonder what happened there?

Moving on...looks like the Bulldogs have also updated their roster for the 2015-2016 season. Wondering if revisions are complete...or if more to come possibly.

Schuler, Nicklin, and Vasichek are still listed under the coaching staff, but Kingsbury and Banford are not. Don't know whether that means the first three are staying or that updates to the website are still in progress.

Nothing more than an off-the-cuff guess, but:

It could reflect who's currently on the payroll, as opposed to not. If that's the case, the future remain an open question.

Based on the link someone posted (in another thread) showing UMD on the hunt for two assistant coaches, that's as good a guess as any.

According to her CaringBridge site, Julianne Vasichek is back at Mayo for follow-up surgery after her transplant. She's been hanging out since April and now it is time to close things up for good. She is in our prayers.
